Are the organization and storage products you use inclusive of the hourly cost or special offer?
Organization and storage products, labels as well as extra organisers or hours outside the scope of the quoted project are subject to additional charges. We work within your budget to identify total cost before proceeding with the project.
Do you label everything once the project is complete?
We do where it makes sense. Basic labeling does come at an additional cost or we can recommend some great local small businesses that offer this as a service and provide some fabulous designs
Do you charge for travel when sourcing products or travelling a distance to certain clients?
Generally no, however any additional fees beyond the hourly rate or package would be disclosed in advance.
Can you sell the goods I no longer want or need on my behalf?
We can donate, recycle or dispose of items you no longer want or need as well as provide advice regarding some of the channels you can use to list your items for sale. We do not sell on behalf of clients and often find that council clean ups are the most efficient way to dispose of unwanted items for the client
How are you managing business in the COVID-19 environment?
We have a COVID Safety Checklist in place (which we can provide on request). We expect all staff and clients to abide by the guidelines of the plan and NSW Government restrictions to ensure the safety of staff and clients involved. Where possible and practical we will be encouraging our clients to take advantage of our new virtual organization services. We are a confirmed COVID safe accredited business.
